4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

4.3 Transaction Security

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. By accepting this bonus, the following conditions apply:
- A total wager of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- The wagering condition must be met within the specified time after the bonus is activated.
- The bonus can be used only once and is non-transferable.
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
5.2 VIP Program
The 77ck VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's activity and engagement on the platform.
5.3 Promotion Abuse
77ck remains vigilant against the misuse of bonuses or promotions. The following activities will be considered promotion abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting (arbitrage), or any fraudulent attempt to fulfill bonus conditions.
6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 General Gaming Conditions
- Results in all games are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and audited.
- If a technical error occurs in any game, the result of that round may be voided.
- In the event of an internet disconnection, game results will be determined according to the server record.
- For sports betting, 77ck reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using any software, bots, or automated tools
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or error on the platform
- Attempting to collude with other members to commit fraud
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

10. Limitation of Liability
77ck accepts no liability for the following:
- Interruptions to gameplay caused by the member's internet disconnection
- Issues arising from the failure of third-party service providers
- Losses caused by the member's login credentials falling into the hands of a third party
- Inconvenience caused by temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons

11. Dispute Resolution
